- half packet of firm tofu sliced in sticks
- 1 T agave sirup
- 2 t of mustard
- 4 T oats
- 1 T spelt oats
- salt and pepper
- Preaheat the oven to 400°.
- Combine the agave sirup and mustard and cover the tofu sticks in it
- Put all of the oats in a pan and roast till the are slightly brown and add the salt and pepper
- Cover the tofu stick with the oats by dredging them
- bake for about 15 to 20 minutes
